titstatsassncats asked: hey saw ur post about quitting smoking, its cool ur tryna do it cold turkey, the one time i quick for a month i stopped cold turkey, its actually easier that way, that and what helped me was i would chew altoids CONSTANTLY, it helped keep my mouth busy so i wasnt cravin for a cig to put in there, kk well good job and keep it up :)

I'm trying to quit smoking.
Its been 12 hours since I’ve had a cigarette and already I feel like jumping off a bridge. All cuz my manager asked me this morning if I wanted to join her for a cigarette. Since then, the constant thought in the back of my mind has been: Cigarette. Cigarette. Cigarette.
It’s gonna be a hard couple of days…weeks…however long.
